It’s important to me that you are happy with this service and that we have good communication. If you need to return an item please contact me with your order number and details about the product you would like to discuss/return.
I will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving an item and expect a refund within a 4 weeks of returning the item. Items must be returned in the packaging and condition that it was received. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. However you will most likely receive the refund sooner than this. Delivery times can depend on where the item is being posted from. It can also take 5 to 10 business days for the bank to process the refund request.
Something about handmade jewellery
The pieces made at dksilver are individually made to order therefore there will be small differences on your piece from the images displayed on the website. These differences will be small such as hammer and working marks.
The pieces made by dksilver are hand finished. Therefore, there will be unique working marks on individual items.
I am also happy to work with you, if a piece is the wrong size for you, if it is too big or to small I may be able to make amendments to the piece or send you another one more suiting your size. Best thing to do is get in touch via the contact page, there may be a charge for this service, that depends on what the change is, please ask.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
